wish to return a product, we have formulated the following refund policy to
ensure a smooth and fair process.
1. Return Period:
You are eligible to
request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its
original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, along with all the
accessories and documentation that were included with the purchase.
3. Refund Amount:
If the product is returned after the 7-day period from the
date of delivery, you will receive a refund amount equal to 80% of the original
sales price of the product. Additionally, the refund amount will be adjusted
based on the prevailing market gold price, If the market gold price has
appreciated since the date of purchase, the refund amount will be increased
proportionately based on the gold price appreciation. If the market gold price
has depreciated since the date of purchase, the refund amount will be decreased
proportionately based on the gold price depreciation.
4. Refund Process:
To initiate a return
and refund process, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team and provide your order
details, including the order number and the reason for return.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return
process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging,
including all accessories and documentation. Include the RA number on the
packaging.
Ship the product back
to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs
will be borne by you.
Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance
team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria.
After successful inspection, we will calculate the refund
amount based on the terms mentioned above and initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used
for the original purchase or as mentioned by you in return Form. Please allow 7
business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exclusions:
Please be aware that returns and exchanges are not applicable
to Gift Card, Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, Customized
or personalized products, products that were purchased during special
promotions, clearance sales, or discount events.
6. Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the
returned product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Additionally, the customer should provide accurate and complete information
during the return process to avoid delays.
