Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Mukesh Gems & Jewellers, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts about your purchase. We want you to have a hassle-free experience, and that's why we offer a comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction. 1. Returns & Exchange Window:

You are eligible to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that after this period, the refund amount will be calculated as per Refund Policy.

2. Condition of Items:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the jewellery or accessory must be in pristine condition, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by its original packaging, warranty, and instructions. We value the quality of our products and want to ensure that you receive the same level of quality when returning or exchanging items.

3. Exclusions:

Please be aware that returns and exchanges are not applicable to special ordered jewellery or accessories, custom designs, gift cards, items received through the Jewellery Replacement Plan or products that were purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount events. We recommend reviewing the product details before making a purchase.

4. Refund Process:

All refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund processing time is approximately seven (7) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated once the return is processed and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.

5. Online Orders:

For online orders, we will credit the refund to your original payment method or as indicated by you in the Return & Exchange form, if practically feasible. Please note that delivery charges will be excluded from the refund amount.

6. Required Documents:

All shipped returns must include the original Packing Slip and all documents that were received with your order. These documents are essential for us to efficiently process your return.

7. Quality Inspection:

Before issuing a refund, our dedicated Quality Assurance team will thoroughly inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the required conditions.
